So many community members have supported commercial service’s return (and growth) at Wilmington Airport ILG. We are glad that so many people are finding new opportunities to travel, reconnect with family and friends, or explore the destinations available from ILG.
To this end, we welcome you to share your story with us. We welcome video submissions, Google Reviews, or whatever you want to tell us about your reason for traveling from ILG. We want to introduce our first set of “ILG Travel Stories” and hope we will have many more to share.

Fort Myers, Florida Travel Story
When Steff Dimartine, her best friend since age 7, moved to Ft Myers, Steff was so upset. What would she do? Then suddenly, Avelo! She’s gone a lot of times and can easily jump on the plane to spend the weekend. What does Steff want to tell those folks who are thinking about flying from ILG? “Just do it. It couldn’t be easier!” We totally agree.
Orlando, Florida Travel Story
Erika Mendoza travels from Wilmington Airport | ILG to Orlando, Florida. She used to drive back and forth to Orlando with her best friend. YAY! It was “kinda magical” to make it easy to go to Disney. She even bought a ticket for her friend Geo for his birthday. Erika says, “Use ILG!”

But now, between each of them traveling back and forth, they get to see each other frequently. “I am very grateful to fly out of here on an airline that is great.”
