Parking Rate Update – Effective November 1, 2025
To continue providing a convenient and affordable travel experience, Wilmington Airport (ILG) will be updating its daily parking rate from $9.50 to $11.50 per day, effective November 1, 2025. Rates were last adjusted June 2023. The airport’s parking rates will remain competitive with other regional airports while supporting continued investment at the airport. Parking revenue supports ongoing operational costs and continued terminal improvements designed to enhance the customer experience.
New rates are as follows:
- - Lots A, B, and C: $11.50 per day
- - Overflow Lot D: $8.00 per day
The Delaware River & Bay Authority continues to invest in the Wilmington Airport to ensure travelers have a hometown, budget-friendly option when choosing to fly. Recent projects include expanded vehicle parking lots and ongoing terminal improvements, including a passenger gate expansion project scheduled to open later this year.

Is Parking easy at Wilmington Airport ILG? Delaware's ILG has three parking lots with 1320+ parking spots available. Parking lots A, B, and C are conveniently located near the terminal building and economically priced at just $9.50 daily. Lot D is “Pay by Plate” and only open when indicated*, is just a short walk to the airport’s terminal building.
Is there a Cell Phone lot at ILG to pick up arriving passengers? There is and you can use the Cellphone Waiting spaces only when picking up passengers.
I am driving a long distance to Delaware to fly from ILG, can I reserve a parking spot? ILG does not offer reserved parking options, availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis, but with over 1300 parking spots there is always parking available at ILG.
I see parking spots available in an adjacent lot but there are no signs with the cost, can I park there? No you may not, those private lots are not available to airport customers. Vehicles parked in privately marked parking lots or assigned spaces will be towed at the owner’s risk and expense.
